**Project Manager - M+E and Renewable Tech (Chessington/Bournemouth)**

**Role Overview:**

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in M+E (Mechanical and Electrical), renewable technologies, and energy-efficient residential construction projects. The successful candidate will manage installations, retrofits, and drive project delivery. You will likely be based in either Chessington or Bournemouth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee M+E and renewable technology residential projects from inception to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Problem-solve project challenges and ensure quality standards.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in residential mechanical and plumbing projects.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable solutions.
- Familiarity with building codes and construction management software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
